This article will show you how to setup the caller ID at the enterprise level of the account.

This number will appear as your Caller ID when you make outbound calls. Needs to be shorter than 15 characters (including spaces).

Step By Step:

  1. Login to the Audian portal. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click on Caller ID.
  3. Click the drop down on Company Caller ID and select a number
  4. Click Save Changes.
  5. Click on the drop down and select the number you would like to be displayed on a outbound call.
  6. Type in the name you would like displayed on outbound calls in the Company Caller ID name.
  7. Enter in the address of the primary location on the account for 911 call purposes.
  8. Click Save Changes
