  • Log in and out of a call queue system

Methods:


 Portal Method
  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click Call Center Basic
  4. Click Login
  5. Click Mark as Ready
    1. Notice that the Session Duration will start counting the time.
  6. Click one of the following to clock out or take a break.
    1. Mark as Away: Click this to take a break or lunch.4
    2. Logout: Click this to clock out.
