This article will show you how to setup call forwarding in Audians 2.0 portal.

Step By Step:

  1. Login to the How To - Log Into The Audian Portal 2.0
  2. Click Users on the navigation bar.
  3. Click the Users Features tab for the specific user.
  4. Click Call Forwarding
  5. Press the On button.
  6. Enter in the number you would like calls to forward to.
  7. Select the additional options that apply to you.
    1. Leave voicemail's on forwarded number
    2. Forward direct calls only
      1. Only applies to calls that come in directly to that users personal line.
    3. Keep your Caller ID
      1. Keeps the incoming calls caller ID.
  8. Click Save Changes.
