Description: This section outlines how to build your main number but this guide can also be used to create other call flows such as the After Hours menu or Holiday menu.
A call flow tells your phone system what to do when someone calls a number or extension.
- Login to the Audian Portal
- Navigate to Apps.

- Click on Callflows and then click on Callflows once more.

- Click Add Call Flow on the left and build the main call flow.
Click the pencil edit button and name the call flow using the naming format below. It is important to name it with 01 in front as this will keep the call flow at the top of the list and make it easy to find for support.
- 01 | Main Callflow
- 02 | After Hours
- 03 | Holiday
- 04 | Emergency or Temp Forward
- Check "List this callflow in Main Number" and click Save.
- This allows you to assign it to open hours in Smart PBX.

- Add the extension number by clicking Click to add a number.
- You can dial that extension at any time to access this call flow and re-record the greeting.
